We have been growing our small business thanks to all of our amazing customers, and it has been challenging to keep up with all the orders! So we are making some major changes to improve our order processing and shipping time:

To ensure reliable delivery, we’ve now eliminated Royal Mail 2nd class postage and now offer standard tracked shipping so you can always know where your parcel is. We’re also hiring a new team member dedicated to order packing, which will help us speed up our process.

Please note that due to these changes, our shipping prices have increased slightly to cover the actual costs. Previously, our rates didn't even cover the postage.

During this transitional period, please bear with us. While our goal is to reduce order processing to 2 days, for now, please allow up to 5 days before dispatch.
